The plan of action for the trip -
Friday morning meet up at the prebooked organised starting point in London, enjoy breakfast and get to know everyone on the trip. We will then all head out towards the Eurotunnel to cross over the pond and continue towards Belgium for a go karting session. Here we will have an exclusive go karting session for all of us.
Saturday prepare your cars for the indoor VIP spot at the show
Sunday attend Japanese Performance Show at Kortrijk Expo. Here you will have VIP entrance and an indoor exclusive area.
Your package includes -
Hotel room for 3 nights (including breakfast) with parking on site
Organised convoy through to Belgium with everyone from a pre-booked breakfast starting location
(This is a private event and you must be signed on in order to be on the road trip)
Entry to Japanese Performance Show with VIP indoor area
Go karting session
24 hour assistance the entire trip via private What’s App group
T-shirt for each team member
Sticker pack for your car
Outward and Return Euro Tunnel times will be given once your place is reserved.
You will be required to book your own train. This is so you can choose your preferred return time if you don’t want to convoy back with everyone. All outward journey times must be booked with the group timings so we can all convoy together. Due to this, it is best to reserve your place on the trip and book your train early!
Price for your all inclusive package is
£319/person*

£200/person deposit to secure your place.
Full balance to be paid by latest 1st April 2023.
50 cars maximum, 2 people minimum per car.
