The plan of action for the trip -
Friday morning meet up at the prebooked organised starting point in London, enjoy breakfast and get to know everyone on the trip. We will then all head out to the Eurotunnel to cross over the pond and continue towards Brussels, where we will stop off for lunch and to meet up with everyone from Belgium and Holland. We will then continue towards the Nurburgring in convoy!
Saturday we will have a go karting session at the famous Ring Kart on site and also prepare the cars for the show!
Sunday attend Mimms Honda Day at the Nurburgring.
Here you will have VIP entrance and an indoor exclusive area.
Your package includes -
4* Hotel room for 3 nights including breakfast and reserved
underground parking on site
This hotel is on site at the Nurburgring!
Organised convoy through to Nurburgring with everyone from a pre-booked breakfast starting location
The chance to convoy with Ryan Basseri from Rywire Motorsport and Big Mike. They will both be flying over from California to attend the event!

Outward and Return Euro Tunnel times will be given once your place is reserved.
You will be required to book your own train. This is so you can choose your preferred return time if you don’t want to convoy back with everyone. All outward journey times must be booked with the group timings so we can all convoy together. Due to this, it is best to reserve your place on the trip and book your train early!
Price for your all inclusive package is
£479/person*
Bookings close 15th August 2023
£200/person deposit to secure your place.
Full balance to be paid by 16th August 2023 latest.
50 cars maximum, 2 people minimum per car.
